Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Payments 

  • All sessions must be pre-booked and paid for in advance via Boundr. Visit warridgepaws.co.uk or boundr.co.uk for booking details. 

  • Your booking grants exclusive use of our secure field and car park during your session. 

  • Payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed except in exceptional circumstances at our absolute discretion. 

  • Sessions cannot be extended; users must vacate the field and car park promptly at the end of their booking. 

 

Field Use & Liability 

  • Warridge Paws provides a secure space for dog exercise and enjoyment. 

  • Opening hours vary seasonally, with summer hours from 06:00 to 21:00. The field is not floodlit. 

  • Children under 18 are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. 

  • Users assume full responsibility for their safety and their dogs while using the facility. Uneven terrain, slippery surfaces, and other rural hazards may be present—appropriate precautions should be taken. 

  • The individual who made the booking is responsible for all guests and dogs in their session. And must ensure that all guests are familiar with, and abide by, these terms and conditions.  

  • Warridge Paws accepts no liability for injury, illness, damage, or loss affecting individuals, dogs, or property. 

  • Each session allows a maximum of six dogs. Larger groups may be accommodated with prior written approval. 

  • Dogs must not be left unattended in the field, car park, or vehicles. 

  • Dogs must not be tethered to any site structures. 

  • Users must hold third-party liability insurance. 

  • Vehicles parked on-site are at the owners’ risk. 

  • Cars must be parked in designated areas—no driving on the grass. 

 

Field Security 

  • Users must inspect fences and gates for breaches before releasing dogs into the secure areas. 

  • Dogs prone to escaping through gaps or jumping fences must remain on a lead. 

  • Gate codes are confidential and sharing them is strictly prohibited. 

  • Gates must be closed and locked after entry and exit. 

  • CCTV cameras are in operation for security, and visits may be recorded. 

  • Staff may enter the premises at any time in the unlikely event that an urgent issues arises. 

Canine Health & Safety 

  • Only healthy dogs may use our facilities, with no signs of sickness (e.g. diarrhoea, vomiting, lethargy) in the past 48 hours. 

  • Dogs exposed to illness in the past seven days must not visit. 

  • All dogs must be vaccinated and treated for fleas, ticks, and worms,  

  • Users must either own the dogs they bring or have the owner’s consent. 

  • Dogs must be controlled at all times—those who made the booking are responsible for the behaviour of dogs present during that booking.  

  • Warridge Paws cannot guarantee all dogs are immunized or appropriately treated. The risk of infectious disease is the same as in regular public spaces and users should be mindful of this when attending. 

  • Users accept that dogs may be exposed to natural risks, including ticks, wasps, bees, grass seeds, and sunburn. 

  • If a dog escapes, contact management immediately using the doorbell camera at the entrance. 

 

Session Conduct 

  • Users must arrive on time and wait for previous sessions to end before entering the car park. 

  • If arriving early, users must wait outside the car park until previous visitors have vacated. 

  • Dogs must remain on a lead until safely inside the designated secure area. 

  • Owners must clean up dog waste and dispose of it in the bins provided. 

  • Smoking, alcohol, drugs, and barbecues are strictly prohibited on-site. 

  • Dogs may only dig in designated areas such as sandpits—any accidental damage must be reported. 

  • Agility equipment is strictly for dog use—no climbing is permitted on obstacles, fences, or gates by humans. 

  • A shelter is available in the field for poor weather—please leave it clean for the next user. 

  • Verbal or physical mistreatment of dogs is strictly prohibited. 

  • Additional agility equipment and toys may be brought but must be removed after the session. 

  • Aggressive dogs and banned breeds require prior written approval before attending a session. 

 

Closures & Emergencies 

  • The field may close due to severe weather, maintenance, or unforeseen hazards. If bookings are affected, users will be notified and alternative sessions or refunds may be offered. 

  • Ensure correct contact details are provided at booking to receive notifications. 

  • For on-site emergencies, use the doorbell camera in the car park to contact management. 

 

Business & Special Use 

  • Professional dog trainers and walkers are welcome. Preferential rates may be available for repeat bookings upon prior agreement. 

Privacy & Marketing 

  • Personal data is securely stored by Boundr and used solely for booking communications. 

  • Warridge Paws may use shared content (texts, images) for marketing purposes. 

 

Governing Law 

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in England. 

Policy Updates & Compliance 

  • Warridge Paws reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Key updates will be posted on our website, and users are encouraged to review them periodically. 

  • Failure to comply with these terms may result in booking cancellation, session termination, or refusal of future bookings.
